METHOD OF PREPARING THE RECIPE Mujdei with tomatoes:

Crush the garlic cloves and the tomato / pepper as well as possible (I kind of messed up, but even so it turned out very good). Add about half a tablespoon of olive oil, rub, add a teaspoon of yogurt (or even better sour cream, but I did not have) and dilute with a little water. Decorate with basil or thyme leaves.

1. Cut the meat into thicker slices, approx. 2 cm. I prepared and combined 3 slices of pulp with 2 slices of muscle. Heat a non-stick pan and without using oil, brown the slices of meat on both sides. The meat also has some fat that melts and helps brown and taste.
