Countertop: Turn on the oven.

Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add the orange juice and mix well. Add the yolks one by one. At the end add flour mixed with baking powder and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula, from bottom to top.

Bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes.

After it is baked, let it cool.

Cream: Mix the milk with the flour, sugar, yolks, put the orange peel on the steam bath and mix until it thickens. Remove from the heat and after cooling, rub with butter. Gradually add the orange juice, using a mixer so as not to cut.

Assembly: Cut the worktop in half. Place thin slices of orange on the first part of the counter, then half of the cream. Place the second part of the worktop, orange slices and the rest of the cream. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate!
