Ramen is basically a noodle soup with various ingredients, the most common being green onions, meat, eggs. In terms of toppings, the sky is the limit. Palate.

In small steps, we make the ramen like this:

The soup base

  • 1.5 - 2 kg of pork chop
  • 1 kg chicken back or carcasses
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

Optionally, we can make a very aromatic oil of burnt garlic (Mayu) from which only a few drops are put in the ramen bowl because it is bitter in greater quantity. I recommend you try it at least once, it gives an exceptional aroma.

Chop the garlic, heat the oil in a pan. Put the garlic in the oil and stir from time to time, over medium heat, until the garlic turns slightly brown. Turn on the low heat and, each time the oil heats up too much, set the pan on the fire aside for a few seconds. Stir constantly and leave on the fire until the garlic turns black. Dap. Really black.

Pour the mixture from the pan into a blender (after it has cooled completely), with 25 ml of sesame oil and pass everything as finely as possible. This operation can also be done with a vertical mixer. We can keep mayu in the refrigerator for 1-2 months.

Ce substanțe nutritive conțin mugurii de bambus și ce beneficii aduc organismului?

Mugurii de bambus sunt hrănitori, adică bogați în proteine and fiber, dar au puține calorii. Consumul de muguri de bambus ajută la menținerea sănătății inimii prin îndepărtarea colesterolului rău ce îngreunează circulația sângelui. De asemenea acidul fenolic are proprietăți antioxidante alături de niacin, devenind astfel un scut împotriva cancerului.

Preparați într-un mod special, mugurii de bambus reprezintă un remediu pentru problemele respiratorii. Datorită fibrelor ajută la vindecarea problemelor de stomac sau chiar la tratarea viermilor intestinali.

Extern, acești muguri de bambus, dacă sunt achiziționați cruzi, au efect antiseptic și sunt ideali pentru curățarea rănilor, chiar și a celor infectate.

Când pot introduce muguri de bambus în alimentația bebelușului?

Dacă totuși se achiziționează muguri proapeți, aceștia trebuie să fie tari, cu o coajă fină și fermă ce trebuie îndepărtată. Mugurii se fierb apoi fără capac aproximativ 30 minute pentru a se elimina gustul amărui și toxinele.

Mugurii de bambus se potrivesc în mâncărurile cu orez, ciuperci, ghimbir, păstăi, castane de apă. De asemenea se pot adăuga în supe, salate, sau sosuri.
