HOME KAIZER AT MULTICOOKER

We all know that commercial sausages are at least questionable. And not all of us have the opportunity to prepare homemade sausages according to traditional recipes, but the cravings constantly hit us.
Well, my quick and delicious version will satisfy your appetite and I promise it won't take you long, but you will enjoy a clean and very good homemade kaizer!

I prepared this recipe for the Tefal One Pot multicooker, but it can certainly be adapted to other multicooker or slow cooker models.
You will have to have some patience, the preparation lasts for 3 days, but the effort is minimal, and the actual time spent to prepare the sausage is very short.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)

600 g pork tenderloin (without rind)

I prepared the dry marinade in a bowl mixing all the spices well, then I put the piece of meat in a ziplock bag, I put over it the spices and a tablespoon of oil, I mixed very well and I put the bag in the fridge for about 60 for hours. Must marinate for at least 48 hours.

Before cooking the meat, I took it out of the fridge and let it sit on the kitchen counter for about 2-3 hours, to reach room temperature.
I took it out of the bag and removed the excess spices.

I put about 150 ml of water in the case of the multicooker, I placed the tripod and the meat on the tripod. I set the slow cook program for 6 and a half hours.

I left it to cook overnight and it stayed in keep warm mode for about 3 more hours until I took care of it.

I heated the oven to 180 degrees and browned the piece of kaizer, on both sides, sprinkled with a tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes, then I put it on a grill to shake well.

After it cooled, I moved it to the refrigerator in a glass case with a lid. It needs 3-4 hours in the cold before serving.
