We all love chocolate, and I especially love it :). I have a special relationship with chocolate and she has a special relationship with me :)). So I can never refrain from making any kind of chocolate candy. Today I made some chocolate muffins, super fluffy and fragrant.

  • 1 1/2 cup / cup white flour
  • 1 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup whipped milk
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 3 small eggs or 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cane cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate muffins (video recipe):

In a bowl sift the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt powder) and mix well. Pour the liquid ingredients over them (drinking milk, warm water, eggs and melted butter). Homogenize the dough well and beat it for 2-3 minutes with a whisk or mixer. Wallpaper a muffin tray with disposable paper and fill each paper with an ice cream spoon or 2 regular spoons. Fill the papers in three quarters and put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a desk comes out clean. Decorate them according to your preference.

2. Pumpkin muffins

These vegan pumpkin muffins are fluffy and tasty, perfect for fall! All you need is some pumpkin puree and I recommend keeping a few pieces of pumpkin baked in the freezer, even when their season is over. This way you will have a portion of fresh pumpkin at hand whenever you want to try them!

there is no homesickness, tomorrow we have a memorial and a memorial without rolls is not possible. so I put my mind to the contribution and now I brag about what I did.

corn is found. but it depends on where you live. over there in the south it might not be good for that polenta we make. those in the north I found Romanian corn. in some stores I also found polenta at & quotmaţ & quot, but I don't know how it is.

sarmale can be made. especially since here the beef and pork hull is on & quotgrade & quot: 90% lean, 80% lean, 70% lean, etc. what you can't find is rancidity. that the wire without a little rancidity (not so, a 2-year-old bacon kept in the attic) is not wire.

Here's what I did yesterday: Puff pastry baskets

Ingredients for one serving (about 20 pieces):
1 glass of natural yogurt (150g)
2 glasses of sugar
1 glass of oil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
3 eggs
3 glasses of flour
1/2 - 1 pack of baking powder
if needed - a little milk
(n.b. is used to measure the yogurt box)

Preheat oven to low heat. Yogurt, oil, sugar and vanilla sugar are mixed. Add eggs and mix, then flour and baking powder (the recipe is with a package, I am very sensitive to taste or I will put only half next time). If the dough is too thick, add a little milk. (this was not the case for me). Prepare the tray or muffin tins - greased and lined with flour or special muffin paper. Put a full spoon in each form (the forms should be filled a maximum of 2/3 to make room to grow) and bake for about 30 minutes on low heat. (150 degrees). Try it with a toothpick and if it comes out clean and non-sticky, I'm ready.

Tip: if you want to add something to the composition, you can do it at the end. I "sacrificed" 2 eggs and a chocolate bunny and smashed them into maglavais.

Soup (with dumplings) the next day: D

That with dumplings is debatable. Some friends come to my table one day, one of them was working as a cook. He asks me what soup I make, I answer it like chicken noodle soup, he asks me if we don't like dumplings, I tell him yes, but I don't always go out, he offers to make them and he tells me the following anecdote: His wife is wrong one day the dumplings come out a little hard. The husband comes home, eats the soup and tells him: & quotFinally you have learned to make dumplings !! I'm fixed like my mother at home !! & quot. We have fun with the story, the dumplings come out like his fairy - beautiful, fat and fluffy and we sit at the table. When we start eating, I notice: "You made some perfect dumplings!" They are delicious! & Quot. To which another friend who hadn't heard the previous anecdote says: & quot; Not really, I'm too soft, I like a little stronger. & quot: D
You can draw the conclusion with mothers whose perfect dumplings don't come out! :)

(P.S. In the meantime, I've learned to make dumplings properly, and my husband appreciates them because my mother-in-law doesn't know how to make them at all.)

if I have time I can try to do it on the weekend. Do you like burnt sugar cream? = P

when we were little, every day at 5 o'clock, my grandmother would make us a sweet snack. burnt sugar cream was my favorite. Unfortunately, when I grew up and started stealing, I didn't do it anymore, so I still couldn't figure out how to do it. because, well, I'm not a fan of recipes. I catch it much easier if I see the man doing it .: D

as for dumplings. I like them to be stronger. tell yourself what you want but I like to torment myself a little with them until I swallow them. so, at least I feel their taste longer. & gt :)

what, you are not hungry.

cracks, cracks, cracks!

what, you are not hungry.

1. Pasta in bacon and sour cream sauce

Ingredient:

  • 400 g of peasant ham

How is it prepared?

This recipe recommended by Vascar is a simple one to prepare. The first step you need to do is cut the ham into slices. They must then be browned and diced. At the same time, the onion should be pan-fried in olive oil, and after a few minutes, add the peas and 25 ml of water.

While the ham and onion are sautéed, put 2 liters of water to boil, and when the water boils add the pasta. The next step is to add diced bacon and sweet cream in the onion and pea sauté, and after a few minutes of cooking, add the pasta together with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Put the dish on the plate and season with salt, pepper and more parmesan!

This is another recipe recommended by Vascar that is very easy to prepare. Mix flour and yeast in one bowl, and in another bowl, beat eggs, salt and milk. Mix the two compositions, cut the Victoria salami and cheese into cubes and add them together with the Parmesan cheese over this mixture.

Pour the composition obtained in the forms of muffins previously greased with butter and leave them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Good appetite!
