As I was craving a spinach and I didn't have it, I made a salad. It's very good.

  • the green salad,
  • 4 cloves garlic,
  • oil,
  • 2 tablespoons flour,
  • 400 ml of milk,
  • salt pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream.

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Lettuce:

The salad leaves wash very well and break into smaller pieces. Boil in salted water, but not more than 3 minutes.

In a little oil, fry the finely chopped garlic. Take the pot off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix very well so as not to become lumpy.

Lettuce leaves drained of water in which they boiled, put over flour, then milk (depending on how thick you want the food to be). Stir vigorously, put the pot back on the heat and continue cooking. If the sauce thickens too much, you can add hot water.

Season with salt and pepper. Watch out for salt because the salad was boiled in salted water.

Boil for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and put 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
