Armed with only a few key ingredients, a bowl, and a microwave you can satisfy your pizza hankering. With herbs, tomato sauce, and, of course, plenty ofmozzarella cheese you won’t believe how much it tastes like hot, fresh-from-the-oven pizza. To make this simple dip, just combine two cups of pasta sauce from a jar or you can make your own, two tablespoons grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, a quarter cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and a quarter teaspoon dried oregano or basil.

Then, heat the dip in the microwave on high for one minute with a damp paper towel over top to prevent splatter, and serve with pita chips or naan.

Guests will love this delicious dip that takes mere minutes to make or enjoy this deconstructed pizza for a quick dinner.
