It's a recipe that ran out of batteries in my camera, so I don't just have pictures when it's ready.
It is good and is an alternative to snails.

  • 500 gr chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken breast pie:

We put the chicken breast in a stream of cold water, cut it into strips about the thickness of a finger and put it in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.

In another bowl beat eggs with a little salt and pepper, put the milk and flour and mix until you have a homogeneous composition.

We are preparing a tray

We give the chicken pieces one by one through the mixture of eggs, milk and flour and we place them in the tray so that they do not overlap. If there is any composition left, we pour it on top.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees and leave for about 20 minutes.

Dough: dissolve the yeast in 4-5 tablespoons of warm water. Sift the flour into a bowl and put warm water, egg, salt powder, dissolved yeast and oil. Knead until you get an elastic dough. Let it rise until we prepare the filling.

Stuffing: wash the chicken breast and cut it into three pieces. Heat a grill pan well and fry the pieces of meat for 2-3 minutes on each side. When they cool, cut them into cubes. We clean the onion, wash it, cut it into scales and heat it in the four tablespoons of oil. Cut the pepper into cubes and finely chop the parsley. In a bowl put all the ingredients, season with paprika, salt and pepper and mix.

Put the dough on baking paper and spread it with the rolling pin in a rectangular sheet (20x30 cm). Straighten the edges with a roll (knife) and put the filling in the middle along the length.

Cut the edges obliquely into strips of about 2 cm and cover the filling alternating strips of dough.

Transfer the pie with the baking paper to a tray and grease it with beaten egg. Put the pan in the preheated oven over medium heat for 40-45 minutes, until nicely browned. It can be served both hot and cold.

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add flour, salt, sugar, 1 egg, powdered milk and oil, then mix using a mixer or knead the dough by hand.
2. Grease the dough with a little oil and let it rise for an hour, and in the meantime prepare the filling.
3. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the onion for 1-2 minutes, then add the 2 tablespoons of flour and mix again for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the milk and dissolve all the lumps of flour, and continue to mix. After a few minutes, add the chicken and pepper, mix until you get a creamy consistency and add the parsley.
5. Allow the filling to cool and prepare the dough. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
6. Place the filling on the center of the sheet, lengthwise, then slice from place to place the remaining edges on the side of the filling.
7. Bring one strip of dough over the other, knitting them, and at the end glue the last ones together, so that they do not fall apart.
8. Transfer the braided chicken pie to a tray lined with baking paper, grease it with the other beaten egg, sprinkle seeds if desired and bake for 25-30 minutes.
9. When you take the pie out of the oven, grease it from place to place with butter and wrap it in aluminum foil and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the greens and grate the cheese. Add the cheese and greens to the flour bowl.

Wash the chicken breast, dry it with paper towels and cut it into small pieces. Add the chicken breast to the previously prepared mixture. Add spices, salt and ground black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. Spread the mixture obtained, distributing it evenly throughout the tray. Put the tray with the pumpkin pie and chicken breast in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake the pie for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.

The baking time can vary from one oven to another, so it would be good to check the pie from time to time, so as not to burn.

Preparation Chicken masala pie

Good luck with the hypermarkets that abound around, so I was able to complete the recipe and enjoy an exotic wonder. Honestly, so far I haven't used much coconut milk for cooking, so I was curious to see what comes out at the end, and the onion seeds (purchased from mirodenii.ro), I ground them on top of the puree.
And now let's move on to the recipe:
In a saucepan I heated two tablespoons of oil and browned two pieces of chicken breast on both sides. I took them out on a plate and browned the other two pieces of breast, which I took out on the plate.
In the same oil add chopped onion, grated ginger and crushed garlic, leave for a few minutes until soft.
Add the spices: coriander, cumin and mustard seeds, all ground, mix lightly and add brown sugar, red wine vinegar and coconut milk.

Let it boil lightly for 10 minutes, then add the chicken breast cut into suitable pieces and the red and green peppers, cut into large pieces.

Boil everything for 20 minutes, until all these miracles flavored with chicken are intertwined, and the sauce decreases and becomes consistent.

I lightly chopped the coriander leaves and added them to the pan and seasoned with salt.
I put out the fire and prepared the topping.
The potatoes were cleaned and washed, cut into large pieces, I put them in a pot of water and a teaspoon of salt, I let them boil for 15 minutes on high heat.
After they boiled, I let them simmer in a sieve, then put them back in the pot.
I poured the coconut milk and added the turmeric, then lightly mashed the potatoes with a sieve.
I added lemon juice, chopped green onions and chopped coriander stalks over the puree, mixed and tasted with salt.
I divided the chicken masala composition into two ceramic trays, and I placed the puree on top.
I sprinkled the ground onion seeds on top and baked the pie for about 30 minutes, until it browned on top.

While the pie was in the oven, I made naan bread:

In a deep bowl, 3 tablespoons flour, warm water, a little sugar and a teaspoon of yeast I prepared mayonnaise.
After it grew, I added 300 g of flour, a small glass of yogurt, a tablespoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
I kneaded until an elastic crust resulted, which I left to rise for 30 minutes.
After increasing its volume, I divided the crust into 8 balls, which I gave the round shape with the twister.
I heated a pan and browned for 3-4 minutes on both sides, all 8 loaves, then I cut them in half with a knife.
I took the pie out of the oven, portioned it and served it with naan bread.

Chicken pie
