Method of preparation:

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and continue to stir until dissolved. Then add the yolks one by one, and mix well.

Sift the wheat flour and mix it with the wheat powder and cocoa. Add the flour mixture to the egg bowl. Mix lightly with a wooden spoon.

Pour the dough obtained in a rectangular tray (25 x 36 cm) lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the dough for about 30 minutes.

After the top is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Cut the cold countertop in half horizontally.

Mix 6 tablespoons of water with 3 tablespoons of rum. Syrup one of the two countertops with half of the rum syrup.

Mix gelatin in hot water. Beat the sweet cream with the powdered sugar until you get a firm whipped cream. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and warm gelatin. Stir well.

Pour the cream over the strawberry jelly. Put the second countertop on top. Syrup the top with the remaining syrup. Refrigerate the cake for about 15 minutes.

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and put it in a pan. Add milk and water. Put the pan on the stove, over low heat, stirring constantly, so that the ingredients combine.

Allow the icing to cool slightly, then pour it over the second top. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours, then serve it with your loved ones. Good appetite!
