Peste legumele ramase in oala, adaugati feliutele de morcov si patrunjel si 3 litri de apa fierbinte (puteti sa puneti rece, dar va dura mai mult pana fierbe). from MENU selectati programul BOIL, iar din COOKING TIME 30 de minute, inchideti capacul si apasati START.

Din compozitia de carne, formati cu mana uda perisoare nu prea mari, pe care le adaugati in ciorba dupa finalizarea programului BOIL.

Cine doreste poate sa fiarba in ciorba cate o bucata de afumatura, costita, carne de rasol. Cand o serviti, adaugati in ciorba leustean tocat, smantana si ardei iute, cum va place. Pofta buna.

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml lapte
  • 100 g gris

Dupa finalizare, deconectati de la sursa de curent si lasati budinca sa se raceasca in vas.

Dupa ce s-a racit, o puteti scoate pe un platou, se desprinde foarte usor si nu se lipeste deloc. Budinca este gata, aromata si gustoasa.
